🌟 What an incredible day! After a hearty breakfast, we kicked off the morning with an unforgettable tour of the Acropolis, with a proper guide sharing all the history and legends behind the Parthenon—totally worth waking up early for! 🏛️✨ ✨ If you’re ever in Athens, this is a must-do—history meets breathtaking views to start the day! 🇬🇷 🤩🌄 After soaking in the sights, we dove straight into productive meetings over lunch 🍽️, where ideas flowed just as easily as the Greek olive oil (which, by the way, is next level). 🌿💡 It’s been amazing connecting with my global Inspera colleagues from Europe, Asia, and the Americas—all on the same page and ready to make a difference in EdTech! 🌍💪 The day wrapped up with an unforgettable dinner at Lithos in Athens’ old city—Greek food at its finest. 🧀🍷 If I wasn’t full before, I definitely am now! 😋 If Greek food was a course, I’d be taking it for credit. 🧀🍇🍷 Tomorrow we have a few more strategic meetings before some of us catch our flights back. ✈️ But the memories we’ve made here will stay with us long after the trip ends. And the growth is heavily driven by new tech - often software - which is not limited by country borders 🤔 Yesterday I enjoyed the presentations of Adam Grant and Sanna Suvanto-Harsaae. Very different styles, but equally powerful messages on leadership development. What Makes Innovation Truly Powerful? It's not just about new ideas; it’s about collaboration – the coming together of diverse forces to create something great. At Innovasjonsdagen 2024, we explored this exciting synergy firsthand. The event at Hamar Kulturhus was a celebration of how innovation, especially social innovation, can drive tangible benefits for communities and industries alike. Innlandet region in Norway is a strong example of how transformative innovation can be when rooted in local collaboration and paving the way for international opportunities. This year’s Innovation Day was an inspiring meeting point for sharing ideas, experiences, and knowledge across industries. From small startups to larger enterprises, the focus was clear: how social innovation can shape a better society. The day highlighted three key themes - cooperation, inspiration and knowledge sharing. It was a privilege for Repasdo to stand with Innovasjon Norge, presenting the value of our close cooperation, which goes beyond commercial support to mentorship, guidance, and access to invaluable resources. Together, we’ve showcased the progress made since day one, and we are proud of the journey we’ve had so far.
