Often get asked how we IMPLEMENT the Engage to Succeed workshops and the answer is simple... We use the principles explained in the video and work down through the organisation with the following workshops: Executive team / Board = Engage to WIN Leaders & Managers = Engage to LEAD Individuals = Engage to SUCCEED Each of these workshops range from 2/3 hrs up to full days and being engagement they work better IN PERSON. Change can either spark innovation or create chaos. Effective leaders know the difference. They set a clear vision, praise publicly, and communicate openly. They ask, “𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘫𝘰𝘣 𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘦𝘳 𝘰𝘳 𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘳?” and act on the feedback. They plan ahead and acknowledge challenges, guiding their teams through turbulent times with minimal stress.
