🌎 Transforming Climate Action: The dMRV Revolution by eGreen 🌱 In the realm of carbon measurement, reduction and sequestration, the traditional MRV (Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification) standard has been essential for evidencing climate action. However, its reliance on manual processes and vulnerability to human error pose challenges to the transparency and integrity of reported data. Today, technological advancements allows us to leap forward with dMRV (digital Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification)—an evolution that accelerates climate management through a transparent, verifiable and real-time approach. At eGreen, we have taken dMRV to the next level, making it a unique solution in America and comparable to very few in the world. 💡 What makes eGreen's dMRV different? ✅ Real-time traceability: We measure CO₂e emissions and sequestration using advanced technological tools: carbon flux sensors, satellite data, and automated monitoring among other tools, throughout the project lifecycle. ✅ Immutable registry with blockchain: Data is transmitted in real time and registered directly on our blockchain platform powered by Stellar Development Foundation, eliminating any possibility of manipulation. This ensures that every tonne of carbon captured can be traced from its source to its final destination. ✅ Unprecedented transparency: Data is available at one click for any verifier, regulator or stakeholder, setting a new standard for trust and credibility in climate action. ✳️ eGreen Methane and Conservation Projects: 🌱In collaboration with Verdecorp - Resiter, we are implementing CO2e removal measurement in methane management projects from industrial waste. Projected reduction of methane and CO₂ emissions: *Year 1 (2024): Reduction of 4,646 tonnes of CO₂e by processing 7,000 tonnes of waste annually. *Year 2 (2025): Reduction of 66,373 tonnes of CO₂e by processing 100,000 tonnes. *Year 3 onwards: Reduction of 79,648 tonnes of CO₂e by processing 120,000 tonnes. 🌿 With Carbon Real, we are registering and calculating real-time CO₂ capture for the Fiordos de Aysén conservation project in Chilean Patagonia, marking a milestone in South America.
