Happy Friday! Start it right and Create your own sunshine. It’s never a negative thought to smile to everybody you cross by. It’s never unprofessional to have a side friendly talk with your customer (they are humans too). It’s never too late to start over a day with a mistake you did before ( but you learned from it already). It’s never naive to share what you have with others ( we are all here to help each other and grow together). It’s never greedy to decide you need a self-time to reflect and decide from where to start. It’s never a bad thought to get out of your comfort zone and try something new. And You are never old to learn new things! Go ahead and create your sunshine today! Don’t forget to share the brightness. #morningthoughts #happyfriday #successjourney

The holiday season is here and so are the triggers! Let's talk about those moments when someone's comment or behaviour makes your blood boil. Before you spiral, here is how to take control: 1. Pause & Breath: This will ground you and keep you calm. 2. Reframe the Moment: It is not about you- it's their story. Respond with compassion. 3. Set boundaries like a Pro: It is ok to step away. A smiple "I need a breather" works wonders. 4. Focus on the Joy: Tune in on what lights you up. Remember, you control your vibe not anyone elses'. Share this with someone who needs a reminder; and let's make this holiday magical!

CHRISTMAS IN THE SUN 🌞 A REMINDER THAT LIFE DOESN'T ALWAYS FIT THE SCRIPT! I’m writing this from sunny Fuerteventura, where the Christmas decorations are already up.🎄 Twinkling lights, tinsel, and festive displays are in full swing. It's beautiful, but I must admit—it feels a little surreal. Especially when back home its wet and cold and yet the temperature here suggests sandals rather than scarves.☔️ It got me thinking about how life can feel out of sync sometimes and different contexts can influence how we experience things. For example, grief and loss, often show up in unexpected ways and at unexpected times. Just as a Christmas tree in the tropics might feel out of place, navigating loss or transition can sometimes feel at odds with the world around us, especially when everyone else seems to be celebrating.🤔 What helps us make sense of these contrasts? For me, it’s about stopping to acknowledge them, letting them be what they are, and finding ways to move forward with care and kindness for ourselves.💕 These moments often lead to powerful conversations—whether it’s about resilience, well-being, or simply how we’re feeling. Have you ever had a moment of contrasts that made you stop and reflect? Or felt something out of step with the world around you? I’d love to hear your thoughts below⬇️ #grief #loss #balance #reflection

Another tough one for me to embrace. How about you??? 🔥 Find Your Hygge This Weekend 🔥 As we head into the weekend and get closer to Christmas, let’s take a page from the Danish way of life — hygge — a mindset built on comfort, contentment, and appreciating the simple things that make life good. It’s not about fancy plans or holiday stress. It’s about slowing down and being present: 🔥 Light a fire (or a candle) and let its warmth take the edge off a cold winter night. 🍺 Share good stories over a drink with friends or family. 🏔️ Take a walk in the crisp air, breathe deep, and clear your mind. 🎄 Kick back, relax, and enjoy the glow of Christmas lights after a long day. The season isn’t about doing more — it’s about being more: more present, more connected, and more grounded in what really matters. Take the weekend to reset, appreciate the moment, and find your hygge. Stay warm. Stay grounded. Stay grateful. #peace #purpose #contentment

🌟 It’s the Weekend! Make time for family and friends! 🌟 Let's take a moment to discuss why weekends are the perfect time for what truly matters – quality time with our loved ones! 💖 In the hustle and bustle of our busy lives, it's easy to get caught up in the daily grind. Let's not forget how important it is to set aside time to spend moments with friends and family. 🌸 Think about it: when was the last time you laughed until your belly hurt with your besties? Or shared heartfelt conversations with your family over dinner? These are the moments that fill our hearts with warmth and create memories that last a lifetime. ✨ This weekend, make a conscious effort to prioritise these meaningful connections. Put down your phone, step away from the screens, and immerse yourself fully in the company of those who mean something to you. Whether it's a picnic in the park, a movie marathon at home, or simply sharing stories over a cup of coffee – let's choose activities that bring us closer together and spark joy in our hearts. Because in the end, it's these moments of love and connection that truly matter. #PictureYourPurpose #LifeCoaching #WeekendVibes #QualityTime #CherishConnections #SurvivingtoThriving

Happy Monday! You have a clean slate…a new week to shape. So I’m sharing an analogy to help you create the moment/day/week that uplifts and puts you in control. For us humans, it’s sport to complain about the weather — we might even blow off weekend errands because it’s raining (raises hand.) And we know that the weather changes constantly, yet nature accepts what is and continues to thrive. For example, nature is always steadily moving forward despite an unseasonably cold spring day -- the trees still make their leaves, the grass keeps turning green, flowers retain their colors.... **Nature accepts what is and continues to thrive** How would it feel to bring this idea into your day? To be like nature and thrive no matter what comes your way. Simple, but true and powerful. Enjoy your week.

The holiday season is supposed to be joyful, but for so many of us, it comes with a side of guilt: • Did I spend enough time with my family? • Am I doing enough to make the season special? • Can I take care of myself without feeling selfish?’ Here’s what I’ve learned: guilt steals the joy God intended for this season. Instead of guilt, let’s focus on grace. 💡 Grace to take a breath. 💡 Grace to say no when it’s too much. 💡 Grace to embrace being present over being perfect. What’s one thing you’ll do differently this holiday season to take care of yourself and enjoy the moment? Let me know below ⬇️
