You can make your resume convincing if you: 1. Use 2-3 bullet points per job and 1-2 lines per bullet point 2. Replace jargon with commonly understood terms 3. Use numbers that link your actions to business value. The number of bugs fixed is not a business value, but stability is. 4. Don't write "I" and don't write about yourself in the third person 5. Use active voice. Instead of saying "was responsible for managing a team", say "managed a team". 6. Back up your statements with facts. When you say "complex project", either explain how it was complex (architecture, workload, compliance, ...), or don't say at all. Congrats. Your resume now sounds more convincing! One more thing: Be specific. Instead of saying "worked on a variety of projects", it's better to talk about one specific project. For example, "developed an e-commerce mobile app".
