𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘀𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗮 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁? 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁, 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗻. It's time to challenge and overcome these stereotypes. Every day, there is a  talk about why there are fewer women representation in cybersecurity.   Often on social media platforms, we come across discussions, posts highlighting the lower representation of women in cybersecurity-related content, there are observations about the limited number of women as panelists and speakers in various events.   Recently, CyberFrat conducted its CyberFrat Gold meet in #Bangalore, but there wasn't a single woman attendee. This noticeable absence underlined the need for greater increase and active participation of women in such critical events. It's crucial for women to be part of these gatherings, where networking, learning, and showcasing innovations happen. Our presence is important for a diverse and inclusive cybersecurity community.   Observing this, CyberFrat has launched a special initiative, to bring diversity in the community.
