The real paradigm at play right now is great power competition. That's why the Artemis Accords are critical. Beyond that looking to implement governance is premature and will only create a bureaucratic mess that will stifle development. #spacelaw #realpolitick #greatpowercompetition #spacepolicy #strategicpicture

Yes, a few of the greatest scientific advancement and knowledge happened only because of ethical violations and misconduct in science. But the consequences of violating greater knowledge in the absence of ethics have always had its impact. The importance Research Integrity and Conduct is indispensable. It provides you with a safer society! What one "mad scientist" can create havoc is torturous to society even if it is at one human or animal, and they are important components of the community in the neighborhood! This is because sadism and schadenfreude pleasures and attitude are never acceptable! So, where is the doomsday 𝙎𝙤𝙮𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙂𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙣 promised us? While many of us harbor serious misgivings about the state of our world, and “smart people” continue to warn of looming environmental catastrophes, we are not peddling for power or eating our dead. Since the Reverend Malthus laid out the basic idea of resource peaking more than two hundred years ago, would-be prophets of doom have always failed to account for the heroic capacity of technologists and entrepreneurs to overcome challenges and avert disasters, even the ones they have created... If you missed the launch of GOES-U weather satellite, you can watch it here: “Watch the launch of the GOES-U weather-observing and environmental monitoring satellite on a SpaceX Falcon Heavy rocket! The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) GOES-U mission, the final addition to the GOES-R series, will help to prepare for two kinds of weather — Earth and space weather. The two-hour launch window opens at 5:16 p.m. EDT (2116 UTC) Tuesday, June 25, for liftoff from Launch Complex 39A at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The GOES satellites serve a critical role in providing continuous coverage of the Western Hemisphere, including monitoring tropical systems in the eastern Pacific and Atlantic oceans. This continuous monitoring aids scientists and forecasters in issuing timely warnings and forecasts to help protect the one billion people who live and work in the Americas. Additionally, GOES-U carries a new compact coronagraph that will image the outer layer of the Sun’s atmosphere to detect and characterize coronal mass ejections.” #spaceweather #geostationarysatellite #falconheavy #spacex
