I recently attended the Techcelerator and Founders Club event where experts from the venture capital space discussed the due diligence process for acquiring startups at the seed and pre-seed stages. 💼 As an M&A consultant specializing in financial due diligence, I was curious about the different approaches VCs take at such early stages, where historical financials are less relevant, and the company’s potential and future prospects become the main focus.🤔 I learned that VC investors prioritize teams with multiple founders who have complementary skill sets and a deep understanding of the market.
