Knowing when to stop is a wise leadership skill. Recently we were going over some insights with a leader about his organization. There were some thorny issues that have been confounding the leader for some time. We were not yet at the end of our meeting time when the leader asked us to end the meeting. “I have the clarity I need for right now,” he told us. Yes, there was more to discuss and more to do.
