Here’s how you can help - choose the prompt that calls to you! 🔍 What’s the best research report or study from a SaaS company you’ve read recently? What made it stand out to you? 📅 Is there a specific research report you look forward to every year? Why is it a must-read? 💡 Have a burning question you’d love to see answered using Culture Amp’s data? I’m all ears! Thank you in advance for being part of this exciting next chapter in Culture Amp’s research journey! 🙏
Fresia I shall acknowledge your prompt questions and then make like a politician and say what I want instead 😂. Which is: you’re a wonderful talent, and I’m so pleased to see recognition of your brains, persistence and ultimately your contribution. You are remarkable, and I’m proud to have worked with and learned from you.
The myth busting articles and reports that show data to counteract common stories we tell ourselves - people don’t leave companies they leave managers .. is an example. More of that, please.
Congratulations, Fresia! I'm not sure about the best research, but I always read what you and Ludek Stehlik, Ph.D. post. They stand out because they're always referencing some kind of research, and making the insight obvious and relevant for me. It always makes me think and wonder how I could apply the insight.
Can’t wait to hear what others have to say…Fredia, you know what I want to hear more about—implications of national culture on work behaviors. Are there any relevant trends that could update the works of Hofstede, which are soon hitting 60 years old!!
This is awesome Fresia! So cool! I wait for the APA’s Stress in America report. Appreciate the stats and relevant to my work obviously.
Congrats Fresia Jackson ! Awesome to see. I think it could be interesting to explore whether there is a long term correlation between interest rates and employee engagement levels / perceptions of leadership!
I look forward to the Australian/New Zealand Engagement results for the year - I've used the New Zealand report numerous times to help organisations see how they compare and what they have in common with other companies. I'd like to see more research on the relationship between engagement and productivity. While we believe that engagement leads to better performance -- does it translate to more output?
Congratulations, your on a rocket ship trajectory, as a star should be!
Congrats Fresia! I’d love to see recommendations from feedback on leaders turned into coaching areas.
Cultural Anthropologist and Cross-Culture Expert - I consult on special projects that require cultural consideration including policy making, social change initiatives and academic research.
3moThis is such a great decision by Culture Amp, no one is more deserving !! As for the prompts, I’d love to start seeing more and more data and research around how culturally diverse employees engage at work. What they need to engage, how they use that word…what different types of engagement can look like. I do so much of this research personally so it’s a very selfish request haha but I think it’s really important for larger research groups to begin guiding leaders and HR folk on how they can shift to a broader lense when assessing, evaluating and solving for terms like this in a culturally diversified context. 💜💜
