AI in Abu Dhabi: Abu Dhabi has been making a lot of news with regards to #AI recently. In case you missed it: 🔹Microsoft and G42 have launched two new AI centers in the capital, focusing on #responsibleAI use and #socialimpact. One of the centers will include an "AI for Good Research Lab," tackling pressing challenges like climate resilience and food security. 🔹G42 and NVIDIA are advancing climate tech with the establishment of the Earth2 Climate Tech Lab. GITEX GLOBAL Largest Tech & Startup Show in the World – was nothing short of incredible, period! 🚀 The event truly brought the world together, though I did notice a lack of representation from many European countries, which was a bit disappointing..tbh🤔 I gained invaluable insights into #AI, the global landscape, and the successes and challenges that companies and governments face when integrating AI into their organizations. 🌍🤖 We covered at least 10km every day – it felt like a marathon 🏃♀️ trying to keep up with all the panels, workshops, and training sessions. But what an incredible experience it was to push through and soak in so much knowledge. 💡 Here are my two major takeaways: 1. AI is not the future—it’s already the present. The advancements happening now, especially in the Middle East, Asia, and even parts of Africa, are astonishing. 🌍🚀 2. I’m not certain if AI will replace humans, but one thing is clear: humans and organizations using AI will replace those that aren’t. That’s a fact, and it’s becoming more apparent with each passing year. 📈⚡ It’s my hope that Europe will catch up before it’s too late. 🚂💨 If you’re into tech, I highly recommend this show. Beyond the inspiration that #Dubai provides with its beauty and energy 🌟, the knowledge and connections I gained made the entire experience absolutely worthwhile! 🙌
