Exciting News in Mobility Data Coordination 🚀 Rijkswaterstaat is a proud partner of NAPCORE: National Access Point Coordination Organisation for Europe, the world's largest partnership for harmonizing mobility-data platforms across 30+ European countries. Launched with support from the European Commission's Connecting Europe Facility (CEF), NAPCORE aims to improve inter-operability, accessibility, and availability of mobility data. This initiative will streamline compliance assessments and foster long-lasting collaboration among EU member states. Descanzo and Operations Planning and Modeling Manager, Engr. Edsel Y. Evasco. APEx is an international organization uniting Power Exchanges from around the world. APEx was formed to facilitate the development and communication of ideas and practices in the operation of global competitive electricity markets. One of its primary intentions is to provide a platform for sharing of information between its members. This year’s summit is hosted by The Coordinador Eléctrico Nacional of Chile, the market operator of Chile that began operating in 2017. Our very own Engr. Chris Warren C. Manalo, Assistant Manager for Market Simulations and Analysis, also took the stage as a presenter, being one of the APEx Brightsparks Awardees, sharing valuable insights on the Philippine electricity market updates and various market developments. The Association of Power Exchanges (APEx) facilitates the development and communication of ideas and practices in the operation of global competitive electricity markets. In 2015, APEx launched the Bright Sparks Program to support the development of young energy professionals. The program gives three scholarship winners from around the world the opportunity to attend the annual APEx Conference to meet with international thought leaders and experience the local industry and culture.
