They Say “A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words” This particular picture shows WHAT THE RIGHT TEAM can do. If you saw my post earlier this week I mentioned how impressive it was that HighLevel throws such a major event with an in house team versus farming it all out to an events company When the people are a product of the product it creates different feel: * You can tell the people care * They throw genuine smiles * You have engaged greeters versus physical bodies (who can only point out the bathroom and exits). To truly understand the behind the scenes you ‘d have to know a little about the HighLevel Summit. 1. They do a hotel takeover where they transform the Statler hotel into HighLevel Experience HQ for 6 days of fun. 
 2. As you can imagine if the event is 5 days long then you know that really translates into 7+ days of work 
 * They came in a few days early to get the hotel prepped
 * And they stay for a few days later to help turn it back into a Hilton Curio property If you’ve ever been to a conference you know it involves long days and late nights full of fun I can tell you after just join 5 days of it all I’m beat and I didn’t have to be “On” that whole time. The true reflection of Leadership was in how often the Co-Founders made sure to reference the Team and how it would be have been impossible to do it without them. This was my 2nd HighLevel Summit and I can’t wait to see what they have in store for next year! #hlsummit2024 #teamwork #leadership

Just wrapped up an incredible few days at the micebook 19 Leaders Retreat at the impressive Schloss Elmau Luxury Spa Retreat & Cultural Hideaway.    What struck me most on this trip is how, despite the ever-evolving challenges in our industry, the power of our community continues to shine through.
