Full stop 🥺 Don’t let anyone tell you to shrink yourself to fit the mold of what they expect of you or dim down because you’re “too much.” You were given a purpose, and that is to unveil the power within you, and share this elevated vibe with the world. 💡 Speak Up for Yourself 💡 I want to share a recent experience with one of my teammates, Priya (name changed for privacy). 🌟 Her reporting style has improved immensely, and what really stood out to me is how she’s started to speak up for herself. 🗣️ She’s now explaining her role more clearly to others, including me. 🙌 And trust me, in a fast-paced work environment, we don’t always have the luxury to sit and hear out everyone before making decisions. 😅 But here's what I learned from Priya: It's our responsibility to explain our part. ✅ Stand up for yourself. ✅ Explain what you do and why it matters. ✅ Share why certain tasks take time. ✅ Voice the reservations you have. When Priya started doing this, the whole team began to understand her role better and started cooperating more. 💪🤝 This simple transformation in her communication is setting her up for future success. 🏆 ✅ So the moral of the story is: Speak up, stand tall, and own your role. It could be your game-changer too! 🔥 📝 As an HR Manager, I am closely monitoring all these small but significant changes in people. 😍 I love Storytelling so I will keep telling such stories to you all. 🎙️ ✨ Follow Madhan Kumar Maddybrostorytelling for more inspiring stories! #HappyToBeHR ⭐ #TheStorytellingHR🏆 #HashtagHighOnHR ✨ #Maddybrostorytelling🎙️ #SpeakUp #OwnYourRole #MaddyBroStorytelling #HappyToBeHR #TeamTransformation

✅Cake cutting and smiling faces 😅 don’t always reflect the true culture of a company. The reality behind the pictures can be very different. Before joining any organization, make sure to dig deeper and understand the work environment beyond the social media highlights. ✅ #WorkCulture #CareerAdvice #CompanyReality #LinkedInInsights #bekind #jobsearch

Today is World Kindness Day, so I’m going to get a bit fluffy with the HR talk… #sorrynotsorry 😊❤️ What can kindness look like at work? ➡️ Give a compliment – A simple, genuine compliment can brighten someone’s day and remind them of their value. ➡️ Offer support – If a colleague is overwhelmed, a small gesture of help can make a huge difference. ➡️ Share credit – Acknowledge those who helped contribute to the win. It builds trust and better collaboration. ➡️ Small acts of kindness – Grab that extra coffee for someone, say “thank you,” or pick up the printout. The little things can go a long way. ➡️ Be inclusive – Notice when someone’s feeling left out and make an effort to include them. It might just make their day. The impact? 🌟 Your colleagues feel valued 🌟 You feel great 🌟 And the ripple effect of kindness spreads throughout the workplace—and back to our homes. So, let’s make kindness a daily habit. The more we give, the more it comes back to us. 🙏 #WorldKindnessDay #KindnessAtWork #HR #PositiveWorkplace #Culture #diversityandinclusion #humanresources #companyculture

If you create a caring, supportive and understanding company culture, it will make employees more loyal and productive. Making employees feel valued and appreciated is the best thing you can do every day. In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to forget to take a moment to do this. Even the slowest employee will do their best if they know their efforts are appreciated. Appreciation, along with rewards, greatly boosts morale and productivity. Don't just say you appreciate me. Show me! Actions speak louder than words! When you treat your employees with respect and kindness, it builds a strong bond of loyalty. They feel appreciated, and this leads to increased dedication and hard work. In return, they make the company a thriving place where people feel happy and supported. So, remember, treating employees well is not just good for the present, but it leaves a positive mark that will endure for a long time to come. Yesterday, after reconnecting with an ex-colleague from a previous organization, I was reminded of a moment that has stuck with me for years. We were teammates, practically partners in crime 😄. One day, she landed an amazing opportunity that aligned perfectly with her career goals and handed in her resignation. Naturally, the whole team felt a bit down 😔—she was such a core part of the team, always upbeat and supportive. The next day, our Head of HR called us into a meeting. As soon as we walked in, the Head of HR ran up to her, hugged her 🤗, and said, “Congratulations! 🎉 I’m so happy for you!” It was such a surprising reaction that I was speechless for a moment, unsure how to process it. Then, our HR head smiled at the team and said, “I know you’re all feeling a little sad, but wouldn’t you want to celebrate a family member if they were starting an exciting new chapter? Let’s celebrate her career progression with smiles, not sadness! 😊” I will never forget the look on her face when she said, “I never expected this kind of send-off. I am so proud to have been part of this team.” 😢 That moment taught me something important. When a valued colleague moves on, it’s not about focusing on what we’ve lost—it’s about celebrating what they have gained. Supporting each other’s growth 🌱 is what really builds a strong, positive workplace culture. Let’s start viewing farewells as a sign of success and celebrate the journey! 🚀🎉 #CareerGrowth #Leadership #WorkCulture #CelebrateSuccess #SupportEachOther #HRLeadership #PositiveCulture
