Hutchinson employees reach for the moon - literally! 🌕   A few months ago, I had the chance to design an international sports project: the Hutchinson Olympic Challenges. The aim was to create an international dynamic within and between countries, strengthen cohesion around sport, and ensure the well-being of our employees.   We’re now more than halfway through the challenge, and I’m proud to present these impressive figures: 222,477 km (that’s more than 5 tours around the world!), over 1,500 employees involved, and 20 countries taking part in the challenge 🌍💪   This project is proof that with a good dose of creativity and teamwork, you can achieve initiatives that inspire people and bring them together.   🔎 A quick look behind the scenes: I managed every single phase of this project. That means: - The concept - Graphic design - The logistics - International project coordination - Communications coordination in all the group’s languages - Launch of an internal online store for sporting goods Implementing such a large initiative was a great experience. I couldn’t be more proud to see Hutchinson employees bring the project to life. A huge thank you to all the local support teams who helped spread the word about the challenge, and to all the participants for their energy.   📍 Next stop: How about completing the Earth-Moon distance, guys? The last 8.5 years at D5 and Song were invaluable. From Super Bowl to experiential, creative to measurement and media planning, I learned so much from all the amazing humans that have made D5/Song a powerhouse. UFA is an end-to-end creative marketing firm focused on helping growth stage brands graduate from niche to mass market competitor.
