I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service I have received from your team over the past week. I have been raising a customer call request for the past five days, making multiple attempts each day, but there has been no response. Following these attempts, I contacted the Team Leader at your Rohini Sector 8 store, who assured me that a technician would visit my place within 24-48 hours. Unfortunately, this promise was made four days ago, and I have yet to receive any response or see a technician visit. For the past three days, I have been trying to reach the same Team Leader again. However, my calls have been ignored, and my messages remain unanswered. To my dismay, it appears that the Team Leader has turned off her phone and is actively disconnecting my calls. This experience has left me highly disappointed in the service provided by Vijay Sales. While the in-store experience was pleasant, the post-purchase service has been severely lacking. The unprofessional behavior and lack of responsiveness from your staff, especially someone in a leadership position, are unacceptable. I request immediate attention to resolve my service request and an explanation for the poor service and unprofessional conduct I have encountered. It is crucial for your reputation that such issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Reminiscing on good old days 🤗🫣 while working as Customer Service Rep. Working in customer service, you will likely meet all sorts of people. It is unavoidable to meet IRATE customers but most of the times, you encounter someone or some people who leave a lasting impression. 2 days ago, I received a heart warming call from a customer from my previous workplace in Port Harcourt. She reached out to express her gratitude for the way I always handled her complains cum inquiries about our shipping services (during my time there). I was elated that someone still remembers my name and the lasting impression I made while working there. Her kind words warmed my heart as she mentioned how much she missed talking to me on phone and our physical meetings. This experience reinforced a valuable lesson for me: kindness and exceptional service truly leave a lasting impact. It's a reminder that in every interaction, no matter how small, we have the opportunity to make a positive difference in someone's life. As I reflected on our conversation, I'm reminded of the importance of treating others with kindness and respect, not just in business but in all aspects of life. It's a simple yet powerful principle that can truly take us far. As a Customer Service Representative, “Customer Satisfaction” is my priority. Recently, I was interviewed for a fast-paced customer service position, and one of the key questions the hiring manager asked was how I handle pressure. My response was: “I handle pressure well, especially in environments involving emergency calls, urgent requests, and time-sensitive deliveries (as the position was to support emergency maintenance services). I’m skilled at prioritizing emergencies, urgencies, and varying customer needs, whether through calls, emails, or texts. This is a core part of my customer service expertise and customer-centric approach. However, if the pressure stems from poor management, I don’t believe it’s necessary to accept that kind of environment.” The outcome? I wasn’t selected for the next stage of the process. Makes you wonder, doesn’t it? 😒😒😒

A remarkable 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭-𝐢𝐧-𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧 customer experience always starts from the company, or dealership entrance door or with the first ring of a telephone. Service Advisors, Customer Experience Officers, Receptionists, Office Boys, Security Guards, Cashier, and other Service Staff should be held to the highest standard of 𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒕𝒆𝒔𝒚, 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒇𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒒𝒖𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒆. Service Advisors or Customer Experience Officers should treat every customer like it's their first-time visit to their service floor, "𝐖𝐎𝐖" them at their every service visit with a 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭-𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 and 𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 customer service experience.
