🚀 Insights from Vision Expo West: Elevating Performance and Marketing Excellence! 🌟 I had an amazing day absorbing valuable knowledge! The focus on motivating teams through intrinsic and extrinsic rewards was a game-changer. By setting clear expectations and fostering open communication, we can create a supportive environment that drives exceptional performance. Understanding Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs allows us to meet team needs effectively, boosting morale, retention, and productivity. In marketing, sharing why we do what we do is key to creating an inbound referral practice. It’s not just about what services we offer, but why we’re passionate about them. Building relationships with practitioners and promoting specialty contact lenses can make our practice a go-to resource for complex cases. Interactive patient experiences are another focus. By reducing distractions and engaging patients pre-appointment, we can create a more personalized and memorable visit. Minimizing decision paralysis through movement and engagement helps streamline the patient journey. AI is set to revolutionize eye care, from automated disease detection to smart contact lenses and personalized treatment plans.
