Yesterday, the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce was thrilled to join Utz Snacks for the ribbon cutting of their incredible new 650,000-square-foot Rice Distribution Center in Conewago Township! This state-of-the-art facility not only consolidates six smaller facilities into one efficient hub but also reaffirms Utz’s strong commitment to Hanover and Pennsylvania. With 73 truck docks, space for 375 tractor trailers, and the capacity to handle over 1.1 billion pounds of snacks annually, this distribution center is set to transform logistics for Utz. We are proud to celebrate this milestone alongside a company that has called Hanover home for over 100 years. Thank you, Utz Brands, for continuing to invest in our community and creating opportunities that keep Hanover thriving! Special shoutout to Governor Josh Shapiro for joining the celebration and highlighting the teamwork involved in making this project a reality. Here's to Utz’s next 100 years of success!
Congrats Utz Brands, Inc.
