Anxiety is one of the emotions we can get when we have boundaries crossed, fear of the future, no long term or short term goals, someone makes a choice that affects us and now we are having to make choices, stress (and stress can be as simple as public speaking or taking a test). Anxiety is normal. It is our bodies way of telling us something is not right and we need to be on the look out or we need to change something in our lives. It is what we do with anxiety (and any emotion) that is important. Do you recognize the anxiety, thank it for making you aware of a situation, and then go about making the choices you need to in a healthy manner? Are you able to bring your anxiety down or does it escalate? Emotions are hard!
