In the previous video, we covered the first part of the installation process for the digital Rockwell hardness tester, including unpacking the small package and installing the weights. In this video, we will continue with the second part of the installation process, including how to install the hardness tester indenter, how to select the measurement scale, and the test force ect.

Compared with the manual Rockwell hardness tester, we recommend the digital Rockwell hardness tester, because of its easy operation, automatic determination of hardness value, and in the process of use can better avoid some human error. This video we will learn about the installation process of digital Rockwell hardness tester.

After Voting in my last post. I got many message from customer about issues: Probe Test was burned or black, the spring of the Probe Test is not working... I answered that: Most often occurs because the Actual Current when measured exceeds the Maximum Current the Probe Test allows. High Current Probe from Equip-Test will be best solution for you: https://lnkd.in/gdPTU--P It allows continuous current to pass through up to 20A, 30A, 50A, 80A, 200A...

Only ONE air particle counter enables Machine Grouping. Can you guess which ONE? It’s the MET ONE 3400+ Air Particle Counter, which lets you create a private network of up to 10 instruments, from which you can automatically share: ➡️ SOP configurations ➡️ Samples ➡️ Audit trails ➡️ User settings and more Machine Grouping lets you strategically group instruments to sample similar areas in your cleanroom environment, easing the burden on IT staff. It’s ONE great feature—only from the MET ONE 3400+ Series. Learn more: https://becls.co/3YBQBSq

It’s a Process….
Is your press mechanically and chemically stable enough to be consistently replicated everyday? With so many variables in play on an offset press, a process must be in place to manage and verify press conditions. We sit down with Jim Raffel of ColorCasters, to talk G7 calibrations and system stabilization. Read more here https://lnkd.in/e_wm-USi

Today we are discussing about EDT. # Day 10 1.EDT Bypass - * we are inserting the edt logic in the scan chain.that edt inserted logic we are giving to the tester.imagine tester is failing.so we need to validate that pattern either issue in the edt or scan.so we need bypass logic. here we need to Turn off edt logic.we need to form a single scan chain called as Daisy chain. edt bypass se=1 no edt se=0 internal chain have edt. Bypass fail > issue in the scan chain core Bypass pass > issue in the edt logic 2. what is X- masking? * In the compressor inside we get x input due to black box.it gives output x.we add AND gate one of input of AND gate we give 0 and all other inputs 2 gate should be 1.it is controlled from the decoder logic . 3. what is one hot masking? * it is used for debug purpose. it is mostly used in simulation.only one chain response at a time. 4. where to connect the clock signals for the lfsr flops? * pipe line flops and shift registers

Alternative way to get a calibration done without breaking the loop How many of you had blown a fuse while breaking the loop prior your Calibration? Yes, me too 🙋🏻♂️well I have some insight on how you can still execute your calibration without breaking the loop and without compromise your accuracy. I know most of companies have their own rules, regulations and procedures (so follow them) and I’m not here to argue about that, but I’ve found this is a great tool in case you needed it. 🛑This video is for educational purposes only and is not intended to promote bad practices on how you perform your job. Another test with the iRob-bot. This time was a PID position control plus orientation stabilizer. The linear Y motion was almost great, but I have to retune the front motor to have a little more input response. As well as I might increase the Kp gain of the position controller to have a better deceleration.
