I am putting in the final preparations for my third team building activities session at the Tivoli Drive-In this morning. I have worked with the Event management, hospitality and Conservation teams from the most recent prior intakes and as we farewell and congratulate the graduating teams, we welcome another set. Today is also a double header session with a double team (events and administration) in the morning and hospitality for the afternoon training. I really enjoy these sessions and watching the teams grow and develop over their 6 months of VET (Vocational Education and Training) together. This week we also celebrate 🥳 the graduation of the conservation team with their brand new certifications. #VET #communication #teamwork #growth #teambuilding #FitAllIn
