Norristown Hospitality Center's Director Attends "Improving Health Equity Through Data Exchange" Conference Sunanda Charles, Director of the Norristown Hospitality Center, participated in HealthShare Exchange's (HSX) conference on 'Improving Health Equity Through Data Exchange' yesterday! The keynote speaker was Valerie Arkoosh, MD, MPH, Secretary of the The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services. HSX is a critical organization working to improve healthcare access in our region. This conference focused on how secure data exchange can help address health disparities and ensure everyone receives the care they need. By working together, we can create a holistic approach to healthcare! This means combining quality medical care with the vital social services offered by the Norristown Hospitality Center and other organizations. Together, we can address the underlying social determinants of health that often impact undeserved communities.
