Versatility - This has to be the biggest key to unlocking revenue for today's attractions. The Alnwick Garden I feel has nailed this. We've been coming to the Gardens for over 15 years now and every visit offers us something different. Even with The Liliedorei, we've been a couple of times now and each time been very different - The Halloween installation was incredible and so well thought through (and Yes - I did this time manage to sit myself in the highest cage!). I also think we saw a sneak peak of what's to come at Christmas when we next visit (exciting!) The range of things happening at the gardens is as broad as it is innovative - from Networking Breakfasts to Weddings and everything in between (and everything driving revenues). Repurposing space, creating new inventory / revenue streams, or enhancing the existing experience to drive repeat business are key to adding to the bottom line. If you're an attraction looking for ideas on how to increase revenues, without the ability to just develop your site or attraction, I suggest you connect with Lauren St Hilaire and her team at The Gardens as they've really set the bar high. On a related note, ticketing systems should promote and not limit the opportunities to increase revenues - if you're finding challenges here then drop me a line and let's chat. #ticketing #innovation #attractionsuk #northumberland #northeast #heritageattractions #halloween

How do you make an office lobby feel like a holiday wonderland? Here’s how we brought the magic. This holiday season, we transformed a Cadillac Fairview lobby in downtown Toronto into an unforgettable celebration for tenants. 💡 Our Tips for Elevating Holiday Events in Any Space: 1️⃣ Interactive Entertainment: Stilt walkers, a saxophone player, and a roaming hoop performer kept guests engaged and delighted. 2️⃣ Creativity Over Tradition: Reimagine non-traditional spaces, like lobbies, into festive experiences that surprise and inspire. 3️⃣ Focus on Memorable Moments: The right mix of entertainment and ambiance creates lasting memories your guests will cherish. A huge thank you to the Huntresses Hailey Dawood and Vaish Sridhar for bringing this vision to life. #EventPlanning #HolidayEvents #CorporateEntertainment #TheIdeaHunter #EventDesign

Selecting the Perfect Venue for Memorable End-of-Life Celebrations ✅ Consider the Size and Amenities Make sure the location can comfortably accommodate your expected number of guests. It should have enough seating and facilities like restrooms. Also, check if it offers any special amenities that might be needed, such as audio-visual equipment for a memorial video or space for a reception. ✅ Think About the Environment Choose a setting that reflects the personality or wishes of the loved one. If they adored nature, an outdoor venue like a garden or park could be perfect. For someone who loved art, consider a local gallery. The environment should resonate with the person's life and passions. ✅ Plan for Convenience Look for a spot that’s easy to get to, with ample parking or nearby public transportation. If you have out-of-town guests, consider proximity to hotels or airports. A convenient location reduces stress for attendees and ensures more people can pay their respects without difficulty. #EndOfLifePlanning #TumbleweedTips #Tumbleweed #TumbleweedPlan #legacyplanning

It’s unusual to check into a rustic hotel in a small town and find it chock full of high-tech, labor-saving devices based on LoRaWAN and Wi-Fi, yet that’s exactly the right description for the Wild Goose Lodge in Merrill Oregon. https://lnkd.in/gv5g6w7k
Welcome to the Wild Goose Lodge, a LoRaWAN hotel where you can check in and out any time you like

The last few months, we’ve spent a lot of time on our blog talking about how MagnaTrack™ can help the fun keep going in your outdoor areas all year around, rain, snow or shine. https://lnkd.in/gvkJne6m We’ve talked about turning residential patios and pergolas into cozy spaces where you can host holiday parties. We’ve discussed how event venues can partner with us to continue hosting well into the fall. We’ve even talked about the best heaters a restaurant needs to keep their outdoor spaces comfortable for patrons all through winter. But there’s no getting around it, MagnaTrack and heaters are an investment for restauranteurs. And we’re not sure we’ve done a good enough job demonstrating that ROI. In this post, we fix that. We talk about why you should expand into outdoor spaces, what kind of questions you need to ask before you do so, and – most importantly – the ROI you can expect from making those changes. It's no small investment when a restaurant owner or general manager chooses to turn their outdoor space into additional seating. We understand how making that space winter-proof can seem even more daunting. But, with these numbers, we're confident you'll be excited to call us. So give this post a read, apply our ROI equation to your own space, and visit our site to learn more.
