Did you know F1 drivers memorize courses and can race with their eyes closed?
This is what being a master of your craft looks like
This is expertise
And the only way you get there is...
1. Dedication to being great
2. Practice and repetition
3. Developing a diverse set of relevant skills - Sergio Perez is also listening to the engine to guide his driving
Find your lane, hone your craft and things get a lot easier over time

I’ve been chatting with Amy throughout the SQE run up and I’m so proud of her today, she has handled herself like a pro and I can’t wait to see her qualify!
These exams are extremely difficult - no matter how hard you study, the pressure combined with the need to pick the “best” answer can make passing so much more difficult. Moments of judgement can lose marks and often failure is only by a few - which I know, is so frustrating!
If things haven’t gone to plan for you today, please don’t be hard on yourself - these exams are designed to challenge you. Instead, just know that you already have a head full of knowledge from this sitting - plus you know what to expect on exam days. So you are already 10x more prepared for a resit than you were on your first sitting!
Sending virtual hugs to anyone that needs it - remember that not all roads to qualification are linear and you’re allowed to take a stumble on a super hard exam along the way, just make sure you pick yourself back up! #SQE1
As much as I wish I had better news to share on results day, unfortunately this was just not my time to pass SQE1 yet.
That being said, a huge congratulations to my cohort and the friends I’ve made along the way who did pass!
To those of us that didn’t…if there’s anything that I learned from sport it’s that the comeback is always stronger than the setback. These exams are notoriously tough and there are certainly positives to take!
I hope we can all use the weekend to recharge and reassess for whatever challenge we face next!
Quali performance evolution though the year for the the top 5 F1 teams.
How it changed from race to race, why, correlating with changes from regulation perspective, how competition improved, track specifics and many more.
A lot of questions that can be raised for finding and understanding the reasons.
Depending on these the teams develop, challenge FIA, make adjustments and all of these for managing and stay first.
