The bitter cold winters in the industrial town of Krasnoyarsk, Russia come with an added bonus–a phenomenon known by locals as “black sky.” This suffocating, chemically saturated smog emerges from the Yenisei River and blankets the city. Sometimes up to three months a year. Black sky is recent–since around 2012. But its causes reach back to the industrialization of the region in the 1950s and 1960s. The Yenisei hydroelectric dam and massive aluminum plant have irrevocably altered the landscape. What causes black sky? And what are the origins of Siberian industrialization? In what ways did conquering nature shape the local identities of the workers who built Krasnoyarsk? With everything that tends to go on in the world, often times we as humans can become so consumed with these unfortunate, and negative events. We often time look at the world and wonder "Will It ever stop?" "Will there ever be peace attained?" I happen to be apart of an amazing organization that is promoting and working towards World Peace. HWPL is an amazing International Movement that brings people, and leaders of different religions, backgrounds, and creeds together to discuss steps to achieving world Peace together. Currently many religious leaders and authority figures (worldwide) have signed memorandums stating they will join in this effort, and be accountable for peace efforts in their country.. HWPL also offers Peace Academies (Schools) around the World that teaches at a very young age, how to resolve matters in a peaceful way, and creating peaceful resolutions. The work is being done, let us all join in to help, rather than complaining about all of the problems. Please do not give up hope, even though its hard when we look around. God (Creator) has a Plan, and his Will for restoration, Re-creation, and Peace will be done. Let us unite together, & Strive for something that We ALL WANT despite our differences...... We can ALL agree that we Want... In this speech by Dr. Arikana Chihombori-Quao, African Union Ambassador, several key takeaways emerge, highlighting critical lessons for our contemporary world: 1.Sovereignty is paramount. No nation should be subjected to the dictates of another, regardless of circumstances. 2.The era of colonization under the guise of religion or birthright has passed. In our 21st-century civilizations, such practices are archaic and unacceptable. 3.The inherent desire for autonomy and freedom is universal. Nobody willingly embraces colonization or exploitation. 4.Fundamental to successful commerce and prosperity is the ability for individuals to enjoy the basic liberties of life: the freedom to live, breathe, eat, and practice one's beliefs without constraint. These freedoms are not negotiable and are essential for genuine prosperity and progress in our interconnected world. 5.We cannot fully engage in the global community and advance our societies if we remain under the influence of colonizers, mentally, & physically, let alone networking on Linkedin.

All this anti-China hate is based on two things: 1. Political bigotry—China's political system is not based on Western democratic values. Democracy is the superior system. 2. Jealousy—China's success threatens to undermine what they now enjoy (global dominance, capitalism, democracy). People may begin to believe China is superior. The West is doing everything it can to hide the truth about China from everyone. DON'T show how beautiful China is. DON'T show how peaceful and harmonious China is. Portray China as dark, dystopian, backward and evil. The problem is that the West can only do this for so long before the world learns the truth. They've been doing this for over a decade now, and they're losing the battle.
