In just 3 weeks, Germany’s largest biotech event, the German Biotech Days (DBT *), will open its doors. What a successful #TechBioUK event hosted by the BioIndustry Association (BIA)! 🙌 I attended for the first time this year and it was truly a remarkable experience. Kudos to BIA for delivering yet another exceptional event! 🥂 It was insightful to hear opinions from Directors, VPs and CEOs on the distinctions between Techbios and Biotechs: after 10 years of the growing TechBio industry, it's still not clearly defined! One thing is certain, Techbios are changing the trajectory of drug discover and in the Life Science Industry, 🔬 new businesses will have to consider how to apply tech to science more and more to improve probability of industrialising products in the future. 🧪🎇

Norbert Bischofberger delivered an inspiring talk, addressing the disparities between the biotech funding landscape in the US and Europe, followed by a lively panel discussion, with some thought-provoking questions.
