🎤 Iván Dávila, Head of Inbound Logistics at Nissan Motor Corporation USA spoke with our Chief Content Officer Christopher Ludwig at the ALSC Global conference red sofa, sponsored by Unipart Logistics, to explore how Nissan is leveraging automation and digitalisation across its logistics network in North America. Ivan shared Nissan’s journey in implementing logistics automation across its US and Mexico plants, working closely with universities and technology partners. “It’s about establishing the ideal condition to optimize KPIs using the latest technologies. These innovations aren’t just improving performance—they’re motivating our teams and making their jobs easier,” Ivan explained. From drones for inventory management to fully integrated YMS and WMS systems, Nissan is creating a seamless, data-driven logistics network.
