🌍✨ Finding my place, one experience at a time ✨🌍 As a Bulgarian living in Denmark, navigating my twenties, and growing in my career, there are definitely moments that feel uncertain. But there are also those that open doors, broaden horizons, and make it all worth it. Yesterday was one of those moments. I had the privilege of representing Channable at the iconic Ehandelskonferencen, hosted by the Danish Chamber of Commerce Dansk Erhverv– a quintessentially Danish event where innovation meets tradition. 🇩🇰 ✨ It was an inspiring experience to be surrounded by so many passionate professionals, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐚 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠. From connecting with industry leaders to sharing ideas with fellow attendees, every conversation was a reminder of how far one can come and 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧 - 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐈 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠. 🌱 It can be challenging trying to fit in when you're from a different culture, especially in a country known for its tight-knit communities. Today we want to share with you the speech of Valentina Cogliati (President and CEO of Elemaster Group) who on 13th May, thanks to the event Family Business Forum organized by Maria Silvia Sacchi and in collaboration with Confindustria Lecco e Sondrio, had the opportunity to express how truly sustainability is at the core of our work and life. Starting with the description of the concept, we are not only talking about environmental sustainability but also economic and social one; only by joining them together, we can achieve a true development. From here we can distinguish two key words: EcoDesign and internationalization. Starting with EcoDesign, by this term we mean the process from conception to disposal in an environmentally friendly way, a Life Cycle Design concept that is across any market sector. It should not be seen as an additional cost but as an opportunity for cost optimization. As a second keyword we have internationalization: sustainable innovation must be a key point for society and the environment in which we live. It also serves to acquire business opportunities and to maintain the ones we already have, increasingly seeking capital attraction and investors. What does it mean to be sustainable? The Treccani dictionary says, "Sustainability implies steady and preferably increasing well-being and the prospect of leaving future generations with a quality of life that is not inferior to the present one." So the answer to our question is: "only if we know how to remain true to our nature, to our value system and always put human beings at the centre of our actions, then we will know how to be truly sustainable and truly entrepreneurial." Loyal Ecosystem was delighted to participate in Câmara Municipal de Lisboa Roadshow online PLSE Best Practices Roadshow. Pedro Pires, Managing Partner, spoke about Growth Strategies for Mature Sustainable Markets in Central and Northern Europe. The discussions were rich with practical rules, backed by real business examples from Loyal's decade-long experience in supporting companies with their internationalization strategies. Among the various ideas discussed were three very pragmatic messages that companies should take into account before moving forward: . Define an entry strategy, from a strong entry with all the best assets to a more resilient entry focused on resisting until you succeed.  . Do market research - get to know the markets you're entering.  . When testing the market, don't test in isolation; include at least two complementary markets. ✨One month ago, we came together to "Lead the Change" towards a sustainable future!✨ It was the first event in Stockholm of our series, with the theme of Sustainable Business Model Transformation. The fun and energizing evening on the Ascaro Padel rooftop brought together industry leaders and innovators for thought-provoking discussions on the future of #sustainability in #retail and #finance 🌍💚 Here are some key takeaways from our expert panelists: Reto Ringger (Globalance Bank Ltd.) highlighted the need to invest in long-term, innovative financial solutions: "We need to shift from a short-term focus to long-term strategies, rethinking how we regulate investments. Creative, long-term solutions are essential to solving sustainability challenges." Richard Woodbridge (Oscar Jacobson) emphasized the role of retail in guiding consumers: "Companies must create spaces and opportunities for customers to understand and make sustainable choices, while also taking responsibility themselves." Gerda Mazi Larsson (Curitas Ventures) stressed the dual responsibility of supporting sustainability: "It’s not just about betting on the future; it’s about our responsibility to support entrepreneurs who want to shape a sustainable world." Patrik Christiansen (mResell) showed how the business model can be a drive in itself: “Consumers are aware and we have demand, but mResell turned a new key by changing the business model with market connectivity to solve stock demand.” Anja Hannerz (Nordea) discussed sustainability as both a challenge and a business opportunity: "Sustainability is the biggest challenge we face, but also a business opportunity. A sustainable business model holds low risk, and in the long run, profitability and sustainability will go hand in hand." KONRAD BERGSTRÖM (X Shore) shared his vision for the electric revolution in boating: "In some places, legislation is pushing us towards all-electric boats, and experiencing the power of silence on the water will drive that change even further."
