It varies because: - Both catpersons and dogpersons will find their place with us. - Some of us love pineapple pizza; others can't stand to look at it! - We work remotely with flexible hours, but we always remember to complete tasks as a team. - We have different senses of humor, but in the end, we all laugh together. - We are "technical" and "non-technical,"  which does not stop us from exchanging knowledge, collaborating, and implementing projects. - As a team, we engage in a variety of projects, each aimed at achieving common, positive change. Despite the diversity of our activities, our common commitment brings us together in pursuit of the same goal. Team Training 👨🏫👩🏫🧑🏫 Every 3 months or so we get the team together for additional training and an all round catch up. This was some of the CARGardens team at our latest meeting. Notice the pastries and biscuits? The team certainly did 😁🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪 A special shout out 🗯️ to Ben, Garden Supervisor and our Health & Safety Officer for leading the majority of the morning. There's always lots to learn, lots to discuss, lots of listening and actions to take. It's a chance to invite collaboration between all departments and the office. This gives the most impactful practical results. We were also able to catch up about how the business is doing, how our customers are, what we have planned for the coming months, and how @Alilou_Arts is getting on using the HUB space. And we took a moment to reflect on the business reaching it's 20th year and to appreciate and remember all of the hard work, hours and sweat that have gone into building CARGardens. A special tip of the hat in gratitude to all of our previous colleagues and customers that have helped forge the way 🙏🙏🙏. And most importantly to check in with each other and see how everyone is. To understand how the teams and their individuals are blossoming 💚🏵️💚 and how the sketch books are developing. All with cups of tea, coffee and plenty of treats 🥞. Some new work for Company of Cooks and this really highlights some of the reasons I love working with them: 1. They’re brave. Yesterday was a sweet day at the TraceWorthy offices.
