🌟 Invitation to NAMI Public Sector Trial Scheme Seminar! 🌟 📢 Dear IOM3-HK Members and Friends, 🎉 We are delighted to invite you to attend an IOM3HK supporting event - the NAMI Public Sector Trial Scheme Seminar. It will be held on September 26th, 2024 at the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park (HKSTP) in the afternoon. 🔍 NAMI is a valued supporter and advocate of local research and development initiatives, and IOM3-HK would like to take this opportunity to showcase their successful implementation of the trial scheme within the public sector. The seminar will highlight how government and other public organizations have leveraged NAMI's innovative solutions to drive tangible improvements and impact. 📚 This event will provide a platform for you to learn firsthand about the benefits and best practices of their trial scheme. You will have the chance to hear directly from public sector leaders who have already experienced the transformative effects of NAMI's collaborative approach. 🗣️ The seminar will feature insightful presentations and opportunities for networking with material experts and fellow public sector representatives. We believe this event will be a valuable resource for understanding how to successfully integrate cutting-edge local R&D initiatives within your own organization. 📋 Check out the detailed event leaflet attached for more information. 🚨For anyone with DAs in Waverley Council or are planning to lodge, here’s a critical update from Council’s strategic planning team in relation to the recent issue with FSR for semis 👇 The draft timeline is as follows. ✅19th March Council report: the LEP update reported to March 19th Council meeting. Then send to DPHI immediately after. ✅15th May Gateway Determination: we would hope that the DPHI will provide us with a Gateway Determination by this time, with minimal conditions / updates before we can proceed to exhibition. ✅1st June exhibition of amendment: We would finalise all matters from DPHI and place on exhibition on this date. From this date the amendment to Clause 4.4A is considered a ‘draft LEP’ and can then be used in Development Assessment, with DAs being determined to reference the updated provision.
