While some progress has been made, many studies show that discrimination and barriers persist for LGBT individuals in the workplace. Such as… Almost one in five LGBT staff (18%) have been the target of negative comments or conduct from work colleagues in the last year because they're LGBT. One in eight trans people (12%) have been physically attacked by customers or colleagues in the last year because of being trans. How can you commit to authentic change this LGBT History Month? #InclusionMatters #WorkplaceEquality #LGBTHistoryMonth

As we commemorate Pride Month, it's crucial to reflect on the significance of this celebration. With over 60 countries still criminalizing homosexuality, Pride stands as a vital commemoration of the sacrifices made for equality. Pride goes beyond festivity; it serves as a poignant reminder of our history, struggles, and victories. It's a moment to reclaim erased narratives, honour trailblazers, and inspire future generations. This month offers a platform to educate society on the diverse LGBT+ history, challenging misconceptions and showcasing contributions of historical figures. Pride Month symbolizes visibility, acceptance, and resilience within the LGBT+ community. It reinforces that LGBT+ individuals have always been integral members of society. Celebrating Pride means honouring our past, present, and future, ensuring our stories are shared, remembered, and cherished. #PrideMonth #LGBTQ+ #Equality
