We are now able to deliver Mental Health First Aid training: Virtual 💻 - 9am to 1pm on Mon 13th, Fri 17th, Mon 20th and Fri 24th of Jan In-person 🙋 - All day on Thu 20th and Fri 21st of Feb We are all very familiar with the stresses and strains that come with working in the construction industry. Long hours, tight deadlines, and a million and one moving parts that have to be managed. Those working in the construction industry are more likely to experience work-related stress and other mental health conditions than the UK average. We already deliver a few first aid courses including Emergency First Aid at Work which is essential for anyone working in the industry. But we believe that Mental Health First Aid is just as important to help break through the culture that prevents people from feeling like they can seek help and support when they need it. The course teaches you to recognise the warning signs of mental ill health and develops your confidence and skills to approach and support those who need it while keeping yourself safe. Get in touch with us to find out more about how we can support you and your team or to book onto our upcoming courses.
