💨The production process of blown film #GEOMEMBRANE is a three-layer co-extrusion #blow molding production method. 🌟The production process is to feed the raw materials into the die head of the blow molding machine through three heating #screws, where they are heated and melted into a melt. 🌟The melt is #extruded out of the die head under pressure and forms a cylindrical shape at the die head. the compressed air is blown upward through the die head to form a film bubble of a certain diameter, which is #stretched upward and cooled by the traction roller to form a #geomembrane. 🌟After curling and extending downward, the geomembrane is stretched through the film expansion frame and finally rolled into a #roll. 🔥The advantages of the blow molding process are #uniform thickness of the geomembrane, high #tensile strength, and stable membrane quality. 💎 Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) is a type of amorphous carbon coating that combines sp2 (graphite-like) and sp3 (diamond-like) bonding structures. This unique combination results in a coating with low friction and high hardness. 🥚 However, when a hard coating like DLC is applied to a softer substrate, it can lead to a phenomenon known as the "egg-shell effect," where the coating cracks and flakes off. ⚛ To mitigate this risk, our IonCoat+ duplex technology involves a two-step process. First, the workpiece undergoes plasma nitriding, which creates a strong, supportive layer beneath the DLC coating.
