Pleased to share our recent publication, co-authored with Gerard Athaide, S.P. Raj, K. Sivakumar ("Siva"), and Guiyang Xiong, in the Journal of Product Innovation Management: "Marketing Innovations and Digital Technologies: A Systematic Review, Proposed Framework, and Future Research Agenda." In this paper, we explore how digital technologies are reshaping marketing innovations. We identify key technologies, provide a comprehensive framework for understanding their role, and outline opportunities for future research in this rapidly evolving field. We synthesize how these innovations influence strategic marketing activities such as market research, STP, the 4Ps, and ultimately customer experience, offering actionable insights for both academics and practitioners.
