🚨 SMB AE HIRING ALERT 🚨 One of our incredible clients is looking to add an SMB/MM AE to their team and this is your chance to secure your interview and skip the line before the job post goes live next week. This isn't just any SMB sales role. While our product/pricing is SMB focused (think firms under 10 people) you'll be speaking to owners, managing partners, and CEOs. ABOUT THE COMPANY: - B2B SaaS selling into boutique retained executive search firms - Established player in the space - this is an expansion role - Solid product, incredible team, collaborative environment - Loyal customers who say the product has transformed their practice - Sales cycles as quick as 2 weeks - Deep sales and marketing support from some of the best fractional leaders in the space ABOUT THE ROLE: - Full cycle: You will own the process from prospecting to close. If you aren't comfortable prospecting (calling, emailing, social) this role is not for you - Build solid relationships with the best leaders in the executive search space - Remote (anywhere in the US) with the opportunity to travel to key events/conferences - The chance to work directly with both Adam Jay ♾️ and me as well as some of our incredible marketing partners - $75-80k base  + $75-80k bonus = OTE of $150-160k uncapped. - Unlimited PTO: Take time off when you need it ABOUT YOU: - 2 years SaaS experience selling into SMB/MM in a full-cycle capacity is required - Outcome orientated: Quota is just the beginning, you want to blow it out of the water - Customer focused: You care deeply about your customers, empathize with them, and strive to find the solutions they haven't even thought about - You've not only run c-level demos before, you've closed c-levels and built standing relationships with them - You love the thrill of the hunt.
