Hiring an A-Player Sales Rep⁣ ⁣ When you’re looking to bring on an A-Player sales rep to your team,⁣ ⁣ The FIRST and MOST IMPORTANT aspect is for you to have enough opportunity/earning potential for that A-Player.⁣ ⁣ Namely this means having:⁣ ⁣ 1. A proven offer⁣ 2. Past case studies/testimonials⁣ 3. Dialed in Marketing for good lead flow (30+ a day at the BARE MINIMUM)⁣ 4. Dialed in sales process booking in at least 4-6 calls a day (again BARE MINIMUM)⁣ 5. $100k/mo+ revenue⁣ ⁣ There’s other stuff that goes into it but these are the main things that the A-Player will probably be looking at.⁣ ⁣ I had a client recently who was very adamant about bringing on a sales rep that has generated multiple M’s for previous offers.⁣ ⁣ This client refused to take anyone under the title of an A-Player.⁣ ⁣ Turns out - they only had 2-3 calls a week to offer this Sales Rep.⁣ ⁣ Regardless how high you try to compensate that rep commission wise,⁣ ⁣ That sales rep (especially if he/she is an A-Player) will NOT stick around for long.⁣ ⁣ Make sure you have all your ducks in a row with a consistent flow of leads and sales process absolutely dialed in to get 5+ calls daily on a proven offer doing 6-figures a month.⁣ ⁣ THEN - you can demand for an A-Player.⁣ ⁣ Happy Friday.⁣ ⁣ P.S.⁣ ⁣ TGIF - The Grind Includes Friday.⁣ ⁣ Get to work.
