Fast food fat loss / Fat loss on the go! Please leave a comment below 👇🏻 what name sounds better? I’m doing a 30 day challenge of being too busy to cook from home. So how would I go about eating out and being on the go without cooking? What if I was travelling and in a different city? This first video gives you my “Essentials” to have at home and on hand from the grocery store and supplement store. Before I even go out to fast food restaurants, I should still have basics around for other meals. You’ll see in my follow up videos how half the meals are made up of teaming these foods up with my protein shake to make them efficient but still good nutrients. There will be other simple on hand essentials picked up along the way but this is my routine I usually start with. Keep following as I’m alread a week in and losing weight!
