PD-value is coming to AcoP2024 in Phoenix, Arizona. Did you know we also perform systems biology and QSP modeling? With systems approaches, you can leverage available knowledge on how biology reacts to your drug. Or even drug concept. In drug development, teams use systems modeling to select patient populations and clinical trial inclusion criteria. Systems approaches are also used to evaluate drug targets and modalities. And of course we also perform PK-PD modeling, or QSP modeling which is in-between the two. We support teams with in vitro and in vivo modeling of cell interactions, with or without linking to PBPK models. An example in high demand is in vitro modeling of bi-specific T-cell engagers. The photo shows Kathrin Thedieck, professor in systems biology, with whom we collaborate in multiple projects, during the PD-value lustrum symposium. Curious how we deliver value to our clients? Please stop by our booth, or leave a comment and we will contact you.
Good to see sys bio in the spotlight !

Thanks for sharing!
Thanks Jeroen for our joint projects and fruitful longstanding collaboration! I wish you a great meeting in Arizona!
I look forward to sharing thoughts about systems biology during ACoP! Thanks for sharing, Jeroen!
Facilitating drug discovery through systems biology modeling at PD-value
1moLooking forward to hearing what responses you get to our systems capabilities, and if there are questions we can help with. Good luck and enjoy the conference!
