Here’s why you won’t make it as a freelancer if you don’t become an offer owner: (Backed by proof) The biggest mistake I see with people joining the space, and surprisingly even those who have been in it for 25 years, is that they still sell themselves as "freelance XYZ" and offer the service of "generating more sales" or “crafting compelling words” or “writing your book”. To a certain extent, this is understandable since that is what you do as a freelancer. However, given today's saturated market, everyone is selling the same thing. If you’ve read Eugene Schwartz's book Breakthrough Advertising, you probably know the levels of market sophistication. Right now, most online skills are at a crossroads between levels 4 and 5, meaning you need new marketing strategies. Going back to the fundamentals, we need to make our offer better. How do we do that? We sell what THEY want, not what they NEED. What they need are words written. (in the example where you are a freelance writer) But what they want is more money, more freedom, or a specific outcome from those words. To differentiate yourself, focus on finding out what your ideal customers want and sell that as a promise. Use your freelancing skill as the mechanism to achieve that. It’s simple. If you focus on marketing and brand building, sales become infinitely easier because you eliminate most objections beforehand. I know mentors who have terrible closers (they literally suck) but make $600k/month because they have a good offer. Conversely, I know someone who started a business with an average offer and, despite being a great closer and salesman, closed the business in 3 months. This is the only proof I needed to validate my concept. I hope this post has given you something to think about as well. Go build your offer, and you will never have to say, “The market is in bad shape” again. It’s not. It’s just becoming more saturated. Kind regards, Rares @ FreelanceClients.com

Why Quality Matters? When I work for a client, I treat the project as if it's my own business. I always strive to give my best, and as a result, the number of repeat buyers increases. Repeat buyers are very important for a freelancer. Why are they necessary? If you ask, the answer is simple, repeat buyers will help sustain you during tough times. Those who freelance on various marketplaces know that profiles or accounts don’t always stay ranked, no matter how good your work is. Marketplaces give opportunities to everyone. So, what will you do when your profile or account loses its ranking? And how will you get back to the top? To regain a good position, you must work your way back up. But how can you do that if you don’t have any work? This is where your repeat buyers become invaluable. By working for them, you can gradually return to your previous standing. I’ve been through times where, without my fixed clients, I wouldn’t have been able to last even two days. During that period, I earned an easy $1k monthly from my fixed clients, even though the amount wasn’t always consistent. "When there's no money, love flies out the window." Money is the biggest motivator because when you're hungry, motivation doesn’t really work. If you don’t have work in hand, you’ll inevitably lose your way and drift from your goals. That’s why, to become a successful freelancer, you must focus on the quality of your work. When you focus on quality, your number of repeat buyers will naturally increase. How many repeat buyers do you have? #FreelancingSuccess #RepeatClients #ClientSatisfaction #QualityMatters #FreelancerLife #BusinessGrowth
