In Finland, 5.5G or 5G Advanced has already been introduced by DNA, whose network with the new technology already achieved several frequency bands by connecting speeds of up to 10 Gbit/s . Operators operating in Finland have not yet announced the commercial implementation of 5G Advanced.

Let me break it down for you. 👇 You need to know about 2 key entities: - International Telecommunication Union (ITU) - 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) Both ITU and 3GPP work together to move the standards forward. ITU sets guidelines and issues key performance index. 3GPP creates a technical blueprint. → Think of it like major updates for networks. These updates are in the form of Releases.
