#November is the month dedicated to raising awareness on violence against women, which is why we chose it to launch a series of meetings on this issue that is as difficult as it is important for our society. Thanks to the collaboration with the association Belluno-DONNA, this week we held a meeting to answer the question “What is #violence?” through a series of constructive discussions and reflections. In the coming months we will organize similar events in all of our plants to increase sensitivity to this topic. We hope in this way to provide our active contribution, believing that facing violence against women is a collective responsibility that requires everyone's commitment. #stopviolenceagainstwomen #violence #women #mehits

As the founder of ARISE Women's Business Initiative, I witness daily the devastating socioeconomic and emotional impacts of gender-based violence. This reality affects not only individuals but entire communities, stifling progress and robbing countless women of their dignity and opportunities. This campaign is a call to action for us all, but especially for men, to be part of the solution. Just watched an eye-opening TED Talk by Jackson Katz on "Violence Against Women: It's a Men's Issue." Katz eloquently discusses the importance of shifting the conversation around gender-based violence to focus on men's responsibility in preventing it. His insights challenge societal norms and call for men to actively engage in addressing this critical issue.
