Engaging Kids Beyond Screens: The Revival of Collectible Toys in FMCG and food companies. One of the noticeable trends in the global promotional business is the resurgence of FMCG and other food companies coming back into the realm of kids' collectible toys. The primary advantage and driving force behind this trend is engaging children with tangible collectibles, encouraging them to take a break from screens and enjoy physical products. A prime example of this is Vuala's fun and engaging collector's program. I expect our products to be copied; it happens all the time to many people and companies. It’s annoying, but it's an inevitable reality. Our strategy is always to be as equally annoying to all the companies copying and selling counterfeits of our designs. Who knew that being annoying could become such an asset? :) Over the years we've successfully taken down 100's if not 1000's of counterfeit products on Amazon, Aliexpress, and Walmart to name a few! Though it’s frustrating, time-consuming, and expensive, there's always a humorous side: some copies are so laughably bad (like this image) that you can't help but have a giggle. You certainly get what you pay for! It’s bizarre how many people say counterfeits are a sign of flattery or proof that our designs are outstanding. I don’t buy that. Often, these counterfeiters will use our photos and text to sell their replicas. That's not flattery, that's just laziness. Last week, we added two new U.S. Trademarks to our arsenal to tackle copycats. It’s an ongoing battle we’re willing to do. Our goal? To be so annoying that these companies are persuaded to get creative or employ a creative. For sure, be inspired and take reference from designs on the market, but create something different, something even a little bit better. Anyone else tackling the endless copycats?

Extremely Dissatisfied with Pepperfry's Product Quality and Service I want to highlight a disappointing experience with @Pepperfry. We recently purchased the Kazuo Tilt Out Shoe Rack in Columbia Walnut Finish (Order ID: 309901961) for nearly ₹8,000, expecting quality craftsmanship. However, the reality was far from it. Upon installation, the shoe rack broke immediately without any pressure—it’s shockingly flimsy, more akin to cardboard than solid wood. For the price paid, this is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, when we reached out to Pepperfry's customer care, they refused to accept a return, despite the app clearly offering a return option. As loyal customers, we feel completely let down and cheated. I hope Pepperfry reconsiders their approach to both product quality and customer service. It’s crucial that companies take responsibility when they deliver subpar products and fail to honor return policies. Looking forward to a resolution. Every year a number of "Top Toys for Christmas" lists are produced. Every year I get asked by friends/family etc "What's the must have toy this year?". But who has real credibility and is the true authority on toys? Is it a retailer who is selling them? Is it a supplier paying to be included on a list? Is it a panel of children? Is it a mega survey? Is it a panel of toy industry "veterans"? Is it only possible retrospectively from EPOS data? I don't know the answer but I know there is a lot of lists...and I'm checking them twice...trying to work out which companies have been naughty or nice - 85 days to Xmas!
