Don't quit when you face challenges. If you have a goal and have started taking actions but aren't seeing the desired results yet and are facing failures, don't get discouraged. These setbacks are not permanent if you remain consistent. To succeed, even if you fail many times, only one victory is needed to change your trajectory. So keep going, doing whatever you can, without losing faith, and with all your energy and effort. #NeverGiveUp #StarLeadersHub Purav Bhatt 🌟 Star Leaders Hub Ankit Pandya PMP® Sapna Pandya PMP® Haritosh Srivastav Mrunali Patel Jigar Gogri⚡️ Yoogandhara Patil Bhushan Rane Bhumish Pandya Raviraj Bhoite Sunil Wani Abha Suri Muraj Padannayil Prathamesh Sangelkar Subhajit Ghosh 🇮🇳 Pankaj Kulkarni - Building Digital Culture Rajesh Kumar Prahalad Kumar Saini Naresh Sharma Sujata Pandav Ujjal Mishra Nikitha Gaikwad (She/Her) Vismay Dalwadi (VD) Vinod Subramony (Subbu) Sushant Rastogi

In our dynamic world, adaptability is key. Mirza Ghalib’s verse, "Har ek baat pe kahte ho tum ke tu kya hai, Tumhi kaho ke yeh andaz-e-guftagu kya hai" ("You question everything I say, Tell me, is this how one should converse?"), reminds us to challenge the status quo and stay open to new perspectives. Let’s embrace flexibility, encourage innovation, and foster collaboration to turn challenges into opportunities. Inspired by Ghalib, let’s stay resilient and adaptable in our professional journeys. 🌱 #Leadership #ChangeManagement #Adaptability #Innovation #Wisdom #MirzaGhalib

As I was enjoying a delicious Maharashtrian dish, it struck me how closely it parallels the essence of our daily business practices. Let’s break down the concept of Pitla Bhakri: - **Simplicity:** Just like the dish, effective business strategies don't always require complex tools or fancy jargon. Simple, clear, and well-implemented ideas often yield the best results. - **Cultural Fulfilment:** A company's culture is its treasure. Upholding values handed down by mentors and predecessors can be deeply fulfilling, much like honoring culinary traditions. - **Accessibility:** You don’t need a fork and knife to enjoy Pitla Bhakri. Similarly, making your business processes accessible to everyone, regardless of their tools, fosters inclusivity and engagement. Much like this dish, what simple practices in your professional life bring the most value and satisfaction? I’d love to hear your insights and experiences! #BusinessStrategy #CulturalValues #Productivity #Inclusivity #Simplicity #Leadership --- What do you think? Let’s discuss! Please share your thoughts and experiences in the comments. #

Viveck at the outset, I would like to thank you for having me on your Thinkly Talk platform. I thoroughly enjoyed my interaction with you on a wide range of topics. As I reflect on out conversation, I would like to share some of my thoughts. It is said that a true character of any leader is tested during tough situations and here comes the defining factor of greatness – how one has gracefully dealt with those situations. How did their core values - integrity, fairness, empathy play their role. I have always believed – Titles are given, respect is earned People will always remember you for the way you treated them Life is a circle - what goes up ultimately comes down. Respect people on your way up; you will be treated in a similar way on your way down. Build relationship and don’t be transactional Be grateful to all the people who helped in your journey Work towards becoming the best version of yourself Let wisdom and humility be your constant companion Be positive and find solution Always give 10% extra. Because this is what differentiates Winners Integrity is the greatest quality Always do the right thing even when no one is looking. Never ever sell anything that you will not buy Learn to give back. Plant trees you’ll never see. Always ask yourself- ‘how am I doing ‘ One needs to ask oneself - will the world miss anything if you cease to exist? If tomorrow comes and you are not here how would you like to be remembered .

"JK Rowling made her fortune writing books, Jeff Bezos by distributing them, and Warren Buffet by reading them!" Richard Rekhy, the former CEO of KPMG India and a distinguished business leader with over 40 years, was an absolute delight to have on Thinkly Talks! In my conversation with him, he shared invaluable advice on leadership, resilience, and adapting to change. Here are the top 5 takeaways from their conversation: ➡️ If you want to stay relevant, aim to reinvent yourself every two years! ➡️ Personal brand matters more than the corporate brand—people remember who you are, not just where you worked ➡️ The most overlooked skill? Emotional intelligence! It’s what separates great leaders from good ones. And humour :) ➡️ Innovation happens when you combine deep industry knowledge with creative problem-solving ➡️ Read books. Watch Sci-fi. And take a break! We also covered some amazing insights on: - How India can seize its global opportunity in AI and manufacturing - The importance of work-life "harmony" - Why large corporations often lose their core values - How to future-proof your career in an ever-evolving corporate landscape All in all, a fantastic hour long chat with an amazing business leader.
