Can you imagine a world 25% of all senior sales leaders believe their sales team would be better WITHOUT enablement?! 🤦🏻♂️ Well, that is one of many alarming stats from a new report from Replicate Labs that I was very happy to be part of….and there’s more ✍️ 80% enablement teams have CI as part of their stack, but 2/3 of reps claim CI to be a waste of time 😮 This might all seem doom and gloom, but I think all it shows is that a new way is needed and that while there are some crazy stats in the survey, it shows that, more than ever, alignment across all revenue depts is needed with a focus on being buyer centric🤝 If you want a look at this industry defining report comment ‘show me the new way’ and the brilliant James Pursey will send it over #enablement #salesenablement
Gartner did a survey a while back and found internal complexity was the biggest burden to rep performance (over product and customer complexity). It’s a law that all systems move towards disorder and chaos. Most traditional enablement approaches contribute to and accelerate the complexity, so I can understand where that 25% is coming from
That screams of a disconnect between enablement and sales people and CI not being used very well.
