Why this is important 1) Speed-to-lead: you should be reaching your buyers in 15 minutes or less after a signal happens, a direct CRM integration is necessary for this 2) Rules of engagement: HubSpot lets Unify know who your customers and active deals are, so that we can follow your rules of engagement. 3) Audiences: build target account lists, triggers for automated warm outreach and more using data from your HubSpot contacts, companies and deals 4) Activities (coming soon): Unify will sync activities back to HubSpot automatically to ensure that your CRM is up to date with all sales activities This release is a 10x improvement for our customers who use Hubspot. This is how a brand made me their customer, even when I did not engage with the brand a lot. . . . I used to sign up for free trials of various SaaS products, only to forget about them after a day or two. Sound familiar? But one brand turned me from a free trial user into a loyal customer. How? Marketing Automation. Here’s my story: After signing up for their free trial, I started receiving daily tutorial emails and WhatsApp messages. Each email and message highlighted a unique feature and its benefits. I didn’t always open these emails or messages, but they served a critical purpose. They built brand recall. Even if I wasn’t using the product every day, the brand stayed top of mind. When I needed a tool with their capabilities, I knew exactly where to look. I went back to my inbox, found their email, and re-engaged with their platform. Eventually, I became a paid customer. Imagine the lost opportunity if those automated nurturing messages hadn’t kept the brand in my mind. That’s the power of marketing automation.
