Great to see #Belfast #BTR finally emerging with The Loft Lines by Watkin Jones Group. Of all key UK cities, Belfast benefits from having the fastest rate of headcount growth, and most vacancies (by size) in key #financialservices roles at firms like EY, KPMG, etc. If you want to look behind the historic/dry mainstream data and really understand what drives the future of high-growth cities like Belfast, get in touch with me. Vertical construction is a tangible step forward towards creating the future of living in the Belfast area. The BTR development, forwarded by Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) is being constructed in partnership with Lacunadevelopments and contractor GRAHAM Building. Upon completion, The Loft Lines will deliver 627 Build to Rent homes alongside 151 affordable homes – a mix of studios to three-bedroom apartments that will appeal to a range of people including families and young professionals and will also deliver social homes for Clanmil Housing Group. A big thanks to our friend, Alistair Leith at Graham Building for capturing a great image and to all teams involved as we progress construction. #watkinjones #watkinjonesgroup #belfast #creatingthefutureofliving #institutionalinvestor #waterfronthomes #socialhomes #BTR
