America’s Automotive Trust (AAT) is recruiting for a full-time, onsite, exempt VP of Finance & Operations for our Tacoma, Washington location. This position is benefit eligible including Medical, Dental, Vision, $50,000 Basic Life, Voluntary Life, 403(b) and 457 Retirement plans with match, employee discounts and membership, 80 hours of paid sick leave, 120 hours paid vacation leave which increases by 8 hours each year, 10 paid holidays/year, and annual performance-based salary increases. The salary range for this position is $122,035 - $171,340. Salary placement is made based on the candidate’s education and experience as it relates to our position. The Accountant will be responsible for reconciling company bank statements and general ledgers while managing income and expenditure accounts. This role will also be responsible for monitoring the company's finances and handling all financial obligations including taxes. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least three years of professional accounting experience preferably in a manufacturing or distribution operation. Data analysis and forecasting experience are required.
