I've never liked the idea of a group of people that are better than another one, as the beauty of a complex world is that we need people with different skillsets, mindset and sensitivity to really succeed! 🏆 Each brings unique strengths to the table, and together, they can achieve phenomenal results. 🧠 Thinkers: The Visionaries, the Thinkers, the Architects of IDEAS: - Envision future possibilities; - Analyze trends & data; - Foresee challenges & opportunities; - Develop strategic plans & search for innovative solutions; 🔨 Doers: The Executors, the Operator, the Agent of PLANS: - Shape ideas into concrete results; - Manage daily operations with laser-precision; tackle immediate challenges head-on; - Guarantee timely & effective project completion; Personally, I always struggled with finding my place in one of these 2 groups, as I've found myself sometimes in the Thinkers' spot and very often in the Doers' place as well. I've come to the conclusion that the more you progress in your life and career, the more you'll need to switch from a Doer position to a Thinker position, as a team with a well-executed plan is like a ship with a clear course.
