Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Management Team Leader to oversee and enhance our talent management processes. This individual will be responsible for managing our talent acquisition and development strategies, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring our teams are equipped with the skills and motivation needed to excel. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the talent management team to deliver effective recruitment, onboarding, and development programs. • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent and meet business needs. • Partner with department heads to understand talent requirements and create workforce planning strategies. • Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills, productivity, and career growth. • Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations. • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, driving employee engagement and retention initiatives. • Monitor key talent management metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent management. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship building and team collaboration. • Ability to analyze data and use metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes. • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
