One of those communities is #neurodiversity, now 1 in 7 globally. A new research study by EY, shares how technology is changing experience for neurodiverse in the workplace. The results, while early are overwhelming. 91% saw copilot and AI as a game-changing assistive tool, and 85% believe it creates a more inclusive workplace. Kayla Patterson gave a beautiful example of how this is making a difference in her life as a neurodiverse marketeer.
